Are your gummies really sugar-free?
Yes — every GOJOY product is sweetened with monk fruit extract. Zero sugar, zero sucralose, zero sugar alcohols like erythritol or xylitol. We believe your supplements shouldn't add to your daily sugar intake.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. All GOJOY gummies use pectin (plant-based) instead of gelatin. No animal ingredients, no animal testing.
What does "third-party tested" mean?
Every batch is sent to an independent lab (not our own) that tests for purity, potency, heavy metals, and contaminants. This means a neutral third party verifies what's on our label is actually in the bottle — and nothing harmful is hiding in there.
Are your products safe for kids?
Our Kids Focus, Kids Omega, and Kids Multi are formulated specifically for children ages 4 and up. Our adult products (NAC, Red Yeast Rice, Astaxanthin, Choline & DHA) are designed for adults. Always check the label for the recommended age range, and consult your pediatrician if you have questions.
Do your products contain major allergens?
Our products are free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, fish, and shellfish. They are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Always check the individual product label for the most current allergen information.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Orders over $49.95 ship free via standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and other countries in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose your product and save 15% on every order. Your card is charged automatically before each shipment. No contracts — cancel or pause anytime from your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. There's no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. Just log into your account, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel. If your next order has already shipped, you can return it under our 90-day guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products. Opened bottles are fine — we know you need to try it first. Email support@gojoynaturals.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at support@gojoynaturals.com with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a free replacement right away — no return needed.
